Rapidstick™ 8609 Retaining Compound
Rapidstick™ 8609 Retaining Compound is a green, fast curing, low viscosity compound, ideal for close fitting parts, bushes, pulleys, and gears. As a general purpose ‘go to’ retaining compound, it also offers excellent sealing and thread locking properties, and is typically used to join rotor to shafts in fractional and sub-fractional horsepower motors.
8609 meets Military Specification MIL-R-46082B, Type I.
