Rapidstick™ 8222 Threadlocker
Rapidstick™ 8222 Threadlocker is low strength, fast curing, and specifically formulated to give controlled friction and torque/tension ratio during assembly. It used for the permanent bonding and sealing of threads and retaining of cylindrical parts, and is ideal for small screws and fasteners 6mm and under – particularly those loosening under vibration.

8222 is highly resistant to heat, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals, and is specifically suitable for applications requiring the adjustment of set screws and fasteners where easy disassembly is required. Best performance is achieved in thin bond gaps.

8222 meets Military Specification MIL-S-46163 Type 11, Grade M.

Rapidstick™ 8243 Threadlocker
Rapidstick™ 8243 Threadlocker is fast curing with medium strength for bonding and sealing threads of less active material, such as stainless steel and plated parts. It is ideal for fasteners with diameters between 6mm to 20mm (1/4″ to 3/4″), and is highly resistant to heat, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals.

8243 locks and seals threaded joints, nuts, screws, and studs with improved oil resistance, and is specifically formulated to give controlled friction and torque/tension ratio during assembly. It performs best in thin bond gaps, and can also be used for the retaining of cylindrical parts.

Rapidstick™ 8262 Threadlocker
Rapidstick™ 8262 Threadlocker is a medium to high strength fast curing compound designed for heavy duty applications, such as bolts used in transmissions, construction equipment, or railroad assemblies. It is ideal for fasteners with diameters of up to 25mm (1″), and is highly resistant to heat, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals. The thixotropic nature of 8262 reduces the migration of liquid after application to the substrate.

8262 performs best in thin bond gaps. It bonds, locks, and seals threaded joints, nuts, screws, and large studs up to M25, or larger, and is specifically formulated to give controlled friction and torque/tension ratio during assembly. It can also be used for the retaining of cylindrical parts.

Rapidstick™ 8270 Threadlocker
Rapidstick™ 8270 Threadlocker is a fast curing, high strength, permanent compound that eliminates the need for double nutting and welding. It prevents corrosion and leakage, and has high resistance to heat, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals.

8270 offers excellent performance on even, oily surfaces. It is ideal for fasteners with diameters of up to 25mm (1″), and fasteners used on vibrating machines or moving components, such as transmissions, engine block studs, and valve sets. It can also be used for the retaining of cylindrical parts.

8270 performs best in thin bond gaps, and is specifically formulated to give controlled friction and torque/tension ratio during assembly.

Rapidstick™ 8290 Threadlocker
Rapidstick™ 8290 Threadlocker is a fast curing, medium strength compound, which penetrates threads by capillary action. It is ideal for sealing hairline cracks, small nuts and bolts, and securing setscrews and other assemblies after settings are completed.

8290 has high resistance to heat, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals. It seals and welds porous metal parts, and prevents corrosion and leakage. Localised heating and hand tools are needed for disassembly.

8290 performs best in thin bond gap. It bonds and seals fasteners on vibrating machines or moving components, and is specifically formulated to give controlled friction and torque/tension ratio during assembly. It can also be used for the retaining of cylindrical parts.
